Description
The all-rounder among belay devices! The GRIGRI + is a belay device with blocking support for indoor and rock climbing. Thanks to the anti-panic lever, it is ideal for beginners. The rotary switch allows you to choose between two belay modes: top-rope or lead climbing. The device is designed for use on single ropes with a diameter of 8.5 to 11 mm. The reinforced design is suitable for intensive use.
- Belay device with blocking support by clamping cams for use in the hall and on the rock: - Handles as with all belay devices: The rope is fed into the device and one hand is always on the brake rope - Belaying comfort thanks to blocking support by clamping cams: In the event of a fall or a rest by the climber, the rope tightens, the clamping cam rotates and engages the rope to block it - Blocking support by clamping cam: allows a large tolerance of hand position on the brake rope regardless of the angle between the rope facing the climber and the brake rope - Installation on the rope is shown on the belay device (on the inside and outside).
